Philips Marketing Campaign Performance Manager – Sonicare (Stamford, CT) in Stamford, Connecticut

In this role you will drive marketing excellence by orchestrating omni-channel activation planning & execution, leading to increased Brand Preference and Market Share performance and bring to life the marketing communication strategy for Personal Health North America. By understanding the business goal and objectives, you will work collaboratively with the Oral Healthcare Business Unit, the Marketing team and the agencies to ideate, create and execute with excellence a tailored omnichannel plan (including retailers like Amazon).

Your role:

  • Lead local omnichannel plans to grow Philips’ Brand Preference and Market Share.

  • Build and execute marketing campaigns on digital platforms (Amazon, Google, Meta) to ensure an always-on presence for Personal Health in market.

  • Co-create the media ecosystem and ensure media targets are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall business objectives.

  • Brief and co-ordinate media activation with all external agencies and/or Philips’ capabilities.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure media optimization when needed to deliver on KPI’s.

  • Drive analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling.

  • Develop activation capabilities, practice change management to effectively contribute to driving growth.

  • Leverage best practices and help to streamline the retail activation marketing processes.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in omnichannel consumer activation, with 1+ years of direct experience with Amazon.

  • Your skills include consumer/shopper-first mindset and a passion to create best – in – class campaigns, an eye for details and excellence in execution, digital savviness, ability to influence and build strong working relationships, ability to work in a face paced environment, and high proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools.

  • You’re a self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job.
