Location: Springfield, MA

Shift: 1st (Full Time & Part time)

Pay: $18/hr

Interviews: Monday - Thursday

Start Date: 4/22/2024 or 4/29/2024

Duties:

· Safely transport passengers to & from appointments, events from our facility in Springfield, MA

· Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers, assisting with items, and answering any questions or concerns.

· Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle vehicle.

· Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to maintain a safe driving environment for passengers and other road users.

· Assist in loading and unloading passengers as needed.

· Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and fellow drivers to coordinate pick-up and drop-off locations and address any changes or delays.

· Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and professional conduct standards.

· Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance driving skills and knowledge of shuttle operations.

· Follow strict schedules to ensure on-time arrivals and departures, adjusting routes and times to accommodate traffic or unforeseen circumstances.

Full time hours = 6:30am – 3:00pm

Part time hours = 6:30am – 9:00am & 2:30pm – 5:30pm (Split shift)

Qualifications:

· Must have had valid license for 3+ years

· Ability to pass DOT physical
