Alliance Group is seeking an experienced, full-timeSheet Metal Installerin Rutland, VT to join our growing Install/Construction team.

This is a field-based position responsible for coordination and installation of commercial HVAC equipment and related mechanical systems, installation of ductwork, measuring and ordering ductwork from our sheet metal shop.

Job Summary:

The Sheet Metal Installer will be responsible for the coordination and installation of commercial HVAC equipment and related mechanical systems, installation of ductwork, measuring and ordering ductwork from our sheet metal shop.

• The successful candidate should exhibit the consistent ability to:
• Read/interpret blueprints and specifications
• Measure ductwork and order through fabrication shop
• Show leadership and ambition to motivate team
• Coordinate and order sheet metal materials for projects
• Complete As-builts
• Create RFIs as needed
• Maintain daily logs
• Maintain open communication with the Project Manager, General Contractor(s), and other crew members
• Think ahead on projects and project any upcoming issues to help coordinate solutions

Experience:

• 2-5 years of sheet metal experience required
• 2-5 year of HVAC experience required

License/Certification:

• Drivers License required
• Security Clearance is not generally applicable but may be required for some customer sites. A background verification will be required.

Salary:

From \$30 an hourpay in negotiable based on experience
