Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Readington Township, New Jersey. The primary function of this role is to modernize existing policy information through precise data entry into a new administration system. This role contributes significantly to our team by ensuring accurate client records, managing personal projects, and providing regular progress reports.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter client information including address schedules, policy numbers, and premiums

• Identify key data points from various sources

• Convert an average of 40 policies/day

• Verify and document completed conversions

• Provide weekly reports of work completed

• Maintain high levels of attention to detail and time management

• Navigate computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat

• Respond to emails related to job responsibilities

• Collect key data from Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and Word

• Manage time effectively and work independently

• Accurately document and record customer/client information. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry and documentation

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience with Human Resources (HR) administration

• Familiarity with project management principles

• Ability to use 'About Time' software effectively

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Excellent time management abilities

• Experience dealing with suppliers and performing verification tasks

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work onsite

• Experience in data collection

• Ability to type a certain amount of words per minute (Wpm)

• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and other computer programs

• Experience in conversions

• Proficiency in using 'Progress' software

• Experience in handling HR policies.
