As a Product Associate within the Commercial Banking Sales Enablement Team at JPMorgan Chase, you will be a key player in being responsible for business analysis. Working directly with the Product Manager, you will provide functional subject matter expertise, gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology solutions. You will work with senior members of the team, ensuring the successful delivery of the Sales Enablement implementation. As a key point of contact between the Product Manager and the Technology organization, you will translate strategic business objectives into Sales Enablement program requirements and help in the development of an executable project roadmap. You will ensure that maximum business value is consistently reflected in a well-maintained backlog that reflects prioritization based on the key business promoters of improving operational efficiency to promote revenue and increase customer engagement..

The Sales Enablement team supports a multi-year, multi-disciplinary initiative to establish an innovative and simplified global Customer Relationship Management platform for Commercial Banking's front-office. With over 4500 users onboarded across sales, data and business management, the platform is continuously evolving to further streamline and digitize the sales process. Utilizing the power SaaS and the agility of our team, Sales Enablement will elevate operational efficiency, unify teams to solve critical gaps, and empower front-line bankers to deliver the best solutions to their clients.

Job responsibilities

  • Define and design business functionality based on product strategy, operational needs and other considerations such as technical, infrastructural, regulatory and market needs.

  • Gather requirements from various work streams and perform detailed analysis to produce business and technical requirement pics and stories, including assumptions, inputs, outputs, usability, performance expected from the application or business processes and user acceptance criteria.

  • Define technical and functional requirements, list of interfaces and touch points, conduct solution assessment of various business modules and conduct feasibility analysis for design and build.

  • Work with Scrum Masters, Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into design and implementation. / Ensure dependencies on other projects and any cross product / platform and line of business impact is captured clearly.

  • Evaluate critical information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency and break down high-level information into details.

  • Develop functional or e2e test run books for business areas / processes or specific requirements.

  • Establish, train and ensure readiness of test, operations and support teams for implementation and production support activities prior to go transition, go-live of new / changed business processes/products, functionality or applications.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2+ year's experience in financial services

  • Experienced with CRM/Sales Enablement to track record

  • Experience with user centric design, software development lifecycle, business process analysis, software testing and technical writing
