Description We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our team in PAOLI, Pennsylvania. This role involves understanding and interpreting financial data, primarily focusing in finance or commercial real estate finance domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and screening new opportunities, developing financial models, and coordinating efforts leading to transaction closing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations

• Review and screen new opportunities for potential investment

• Develop Excel financial models projecting property level cash flows and returns

• Conduct research on property, financial, market, and legal due diligence matters

• Prepare detailed investment memos to aid in decision making

• Assist in reviewing and negotiating term sheets, loan documents, appraisals, and sales agreements

• Coordinate efforts leading to transaction closing

• Ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks

• Work effectively on multiple projects simultaneously

• Utilize various software and systems including Database, DB2 Database, EO/IR systems, IBM and Microsoft platforms, and AB Testing tools. Requirements • Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role

• Familiarity with databases and DB2 Database systems

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Experience with IBM and Microsoft systems

• Proficiency in AB Testing

• Ability to document and understand business requirements

• Knowledge of computer hardware and its applications

• Experience in configuration management

• Experience in software deployments

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
