Aston Carter Compensation Analyst in Middletown, Connecticut
Description:
Summary The Compensation Analyst supports the HR Department to ensure employee compensation is in alignment with the organization's policies and guidelines, is competitive, and is compliant with legal and fiscal regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration; or equivalent combination of relevant, college-level coursework and applied experience required
3 years’ directly-related compensation experience in a Human Resources department setting
Excellent computer skills. Requires advanced skills in Excel and intermediate to advanced skills in Word.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Advanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Administration of compensation programs in multiemployer/union plan environment is preferred
Experience in a Healthcare setting preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
PHR, or SPHR/equivalent preferred
Experience with administration of compensation programs in multiple entity preferred
