Title: Clinical Leader CCT/Home Program, Lewiston

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual and group supervision to direct reports and case management staff monthly; assure group supervisions are scheduled monthly.

  • Provide oversight for clinical programs including holding regular staff meetings.

  • Monitor the supervisor’s interaction with staff, client, family and community team members.

  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures, laws and federal and state regulations.

  • Approve and monitor scheduling, time-off requests, training requests, etc. from staff

  • Monitor and ensure staff are meeting service expectations.

  • Partner in the development of, and directly administer, budgets for assigned departments.

  • Hire, train and develop staff; manage staff by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.

  • Promote a culture of high employee engagement, positive change and continuous improvement.

    What You’ll Bring:

  • Hold a current licensure to practice in the State of Maine as an LCPC, LCSW or other recognized advanced mental health professional credential.

  • Ability to provide required supervision to conditionally licensed and fully licensed clinicians.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience supervising clinicians or other behavioral health professionals required.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office. Use of cell phone may be required.

  • Knowledge of current theories, principles, and practices for services to clients with behavioral health care symptoms and diagnosis.

  • Ability to interrelate with a variety of individuals inside and outside the organization.

  • Strong organization, leadership and team development skills.

  • Ability to interpret, explain and apply regulations, policies and procedures.
