Description

We are in the process of hiring a detail-oriented HR Recruiter for our operations in the Gambling Industries in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role involves working on a mix of roles at various levels across our corporate departments, particularly Legal, Finance, Ops, IT, and Marketing. This offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Full-lifecycle Recruitment assignments: sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates; coordinating screening and assessments; obtaining approvals, pitching, and negotiating job offers in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.

• Ensuring a positive candidate experience with transparency, empathy, and thoughtful communication from initial contact through onboarding.

• Serving as a brand ambassador by having thorough knowledge of our industry, business, and products, and promoting our employer brand to candidates.

• Consistently maintaining an active pipeline of talent via market mapping, research, and role-based marketing campaigns.

• Staying informed on industry trends and impactful market updates; exploring technologies and/or tools to expand the Recruitment toolkit.

• Collaborating with key business stakeholders to identify hiring needs; advising internal teams on Inclusive Hiring best practices and influencing organizational decision-making.

• Fostering relationships with professional organizations; evaluating opportunities for talent engagement and organizational partnership.

• Undertaking additional ad hoc People/HR team projects as needed.

• Utilizing ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Microsoft Excel, Talent Sourcing, Conduct Interviews, Applicant Screening, HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems, Human Resources (HR) Administration, and Microsoft Teams to perform tasks.

Requirements

5+ years of corporate recruiting experience

Experience building strong cross-functional/organizational relationships; ability to influence decision-making.

Agile nature; able to work proactively, manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Workday preferred
