Key Responsibilities:

  • Be part of a dynamic team that designs, builds, maintains, and implements Cloud operation system components, infrastructure, and application build functions to support the Engineering Group responsible for software applications

  • Setup, configure and support Cloud Ops Infrastructure components to support the Network, Development, QA, and Production software pipeline(s), existing on-premises and in the Azure cloud.

  • Implement best practices, which support automation at all stages of the SDLC, CI/CD and infrastructure automation and deployments (Terraform and Octopus)

  • Cloud administration (preferably Azure) / Cloud Networking (NSG’s, vNETs, ExpressRoutes), Microservices and Serverless

  • Server application and PaaS App migrations\maintenance and troubleshooting. Including software security patches, operating system updates, performance tuning, log analysis, maintaining application updates and bug fixes

  • Manage Security administration and monitoring. This involves adding and removing users, auditing, and checking for security events, incident response and critical thinking during possible outage(s).

  • Responsible for managing software releases and support the implementation and improvement of automated configuration setup and installation validation

Experience:

  • 8-14 years of related experience required.

  • Any Engineering or Graduation in Computers & PG

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in supporting Cloud Operation components in Microsoft Azure

  • Experience in customer facing data center design, implementation, and support

  • Experience working in IT operations at a minimum

  • Experience in software development methods and in supporting development, test, staging, and production environments

  • Experience in implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines, and the components involved with their functionality

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Knowledge of problem solving, must be able to diagnose problems quickly and correctly; how best to fix it, and communicate the solution

  • Experience with Windows operating systems, on-premises hardware administration and VMware architecture

  • Experience with deployment, configuration and tuning of Azure Cloud infrastructure and components

  • Experience with scripting languages such as Powershell

  • Industry Certification with focus on Information Security, DevOps, Cloud Computing

  • Education:

  • Graduate or higher preferably in Computer Science or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience in the field
