Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven experienced Partner Relationship Manager to join our Partnerships and Alliances team. In this position, you’ll work closely with a book of engaged partners to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & revenue for the partnership. Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of integration partners with the goal of driving referral and influence revenue.

  • Responsible for delivering consistent referral & influence pipeline sourced through this book of partners on a monthly basis.

  • Develop business plan based on business strategy and execute on the goals to grow revenue of each partnership.

  • Enable iCIMS Sales organization to leverage our Partner relationships through alignment activities.

  • Build executive level rapport and take ownership for networking vertically and horizontally in partner organizations.

  • Deliver product and sales specific training as subject matter expert so partner can articulate iCIMS value effectively to their clients and prospects.

  • Build internal network working cross-departmentally

  • Serve as a first level of escalation for partner related issues.

  • Articulate the value proposition of the iCIMS Talent Cloud to partner organizations and clients

  • Align with the Partner Program Manager, Partner Marketing and Partner Operations teams to iterate and guide the future direction of the ISV and Developer program

  • Act as the reporting POC for all metric related inquiries from internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years’ of related experience in alliances, sales, and/or account management

  • Strong presentation skills with ability to clearly present and flex depending on audience

  • Results focused with a proven track record of flawless execution and strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrate building relationships with internal and external teams, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

  • Demonstrated flexibility, creativity and a proactive approach to problem solving

  • Ability to effectively build executive-level presentations through Microsoft suite

  • Comfortable working in a demanding, fast-paced changing environment that is going through high growth

  • Believes in self and is passionate about learning and growing

  • Positive attitude and desire to grow with department and company

Preferred

  • Experience working with or within a HR SaaS technology organization preferred

  • BA/BS in related field highly preferred or relevant equivalent work experience

Compensation and Benefits

The target total compensation for this role is $85,000-$110,000. Compensation will be based upon experience.
