Identify factory and field performance issues and execute closed loop and root cause corrective actions, using the 8D methodology. Perform corrective and preventive actions to mitigate and eliminate issues. Utilize advanced product quality planning processes to develop products. Identify and prevent any potential failures in a product or process, using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method. Document correspondence between the firm and customers to establish confidence by ensuring that products meet the customers’ requirements. Create control plan documents to show all the processes and product inspections that are required to deliver a defect-free product. Utilize Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (GR&R) to define the amount of variation in the measurement data due to the equipment and devices used to measure the product. Provide solutions to fix problems with the product identified by customers, end users, and internal employees. Monitor and control the quality of the production process, using the Statistical Process Control (SPC) application. Utilize Lean/Six Sigma to eliminate the waste and variation within the process and improve performance. Work with data analysis; ISO 9001 and IPC J610; basic soldering; and root cause corrective action.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering or a related field of study, plus one (1) year of experience with data analysis; ISO 9001; basic soldering; and root cause corrective action.
