• Safely operate a variety of CDL B vehicles.

• Deliver goods to customers promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class B commercial vehicle to transport goods and materials through the five boroughs.

• Utilize hand trucks and other equipment to efficiently and safely unload trucks at specified locations.

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers to receive daily routes and updates.

• Follow the assigned routes and make adjustments as needed based on traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Collect and manage invoices related to delivered goods.

• Ensure accuracy in documentation and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.

• Perform routine inspections on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.

• Report any mechanical issues to the appropriate channels for timely resolution.

• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other relevant information.
