This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to manage and develop streamlined processes as part of a growing global Digital Technology Finance team.

Essential Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our Digital Technologies Finance function at Otis World Headquarters, with primary responsibilities for FP&A and reporting deliverables and processes (focused on regions). You will join our growing team as we expand our capabilities to support a dynamic global digital organization. This role will have a visibility to both our Digital Leadership and Finance Leadership Teams as we build out and strengthen global digital technology investment and expenses reporting and processes.

The role will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Support planning and forecasting activities and deliverables (annual plan, long range plan, forecast)

  • Manage monthly and quarterly actual reporting activities

  • Support DT financial report and analysis transformation efforts including streamlining of the DT reporting structure and processes.

  • Support DT ECAR requests and review of capital Investment and business cases.

  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support DT projects/activities

Education/Certifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is preferred; MBA is a plus

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required

  • 5+ years of related finance or accounting experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact and build effective relationships with all levels of the Controller’s Department, other staff and management

  • Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight time constraints

  • Demonstrated creative and critical-thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or CPA a plus

  • Experience with JD Edwards and Hyperion Financial Management a plus

  • Initiative and a detail-oriented business focus

  • Strong math and analytical skills
