The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services, Research Center or BBN team:

Job Responsibilities

Help design and execute a strategic blueprint to transform Enterprise Services Digital Technology services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating current Digital Technology services against industry benchmarks and best practices.

  • Designing future state solutions that emphasize streamlined processes and a digital-first approach, leveraging automation and AI to the fullest potential, while ensuring participation and alignment of business unit stakeholders.

  • Identifying and developing mitigation plans to address financial, HR, technology, and legal constraints.

  • Leading compliance and architectural reviews of proposed future state solutions.

  • Preparing comprehensive cost analyses for both initial investment and ongoing operations.

  • Developing and presenting recommendations for investment prioritization to ES Digital Technology leadership team and Business Unit CIO’s.

  • Leading operational reviews, ensuring critical risks and dependencies are identified and resolved.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or

an advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

  • Excellent customer facing skills with demonstrated experience building relationships and credibility across functions and organizational levels

  • Prior business consulting experience in the areas of Cyber Security or a Digital-related discipline is a plus

  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form, developing strong partnerships & alignment across functions to drive measurable results

  • Excels in a fast-paced environment with high degree of accountability

Minimum Program Qualifications

To qualify for the RTX Re-Empower Program, candidates should:

  • Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application

  • Have prior experience in functional area of interest

  • Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
