DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position will perform clerical support functions for the garage office including, but not limited to entering personnel daily payroll information, fuel slip information, and varied task monitoring to ensure preventative maintenance of equipment is timely.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment. Work hours are 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch (dual shifts required during winter operations). Overtime, shiftwork, and travel may be required for emergencies and training. Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $34,621 (before taxes). Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements: One year or more of employment in the clerical field. One year or more of experience using Microsoft Office products. Experience in the calculation of payroll, entering of travel reimbursement requests, or arranged travel for employees. You must be able to perform essential job functions. How To Apply:
